Return Policy

 

Applies to unopened items purchased within 60 days of shipment, for a full refund.

 

* We do not accept any returns after 60 days post-shipment.
* We do not charge restocking fees.
* Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

If you need to return an item, submit your request to our Sales Manager. Please write in the Subject field: “ RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)Request [your order#]”, and tell us why you wish to return a product/s. We will reply to you with instructions on how to send us back the merchandise, and we will provide you with an RMA#.

* You must obtain an RMA# before shipping us back any item/s.
* We process all returns and send a check by mail within five (5) business days of receiving the returned package.
